We’re looking for a high impact, effective marketing professional to lead a team to further accelerate the Modern Work and Business Applications (MWBA) CSP businesses. This is a fast-paced, exciting role where there is always a new challenge. It’s a highly visible role in a space that requires both setting the vision for CSP channel growth and executing program excellence across the Modern Work and Business Applications Solution Plays.To be successful as a Director, Channel Growth, Modern Work and Business Applications you should be able to build and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) innovation in the CSP channel based on a solid understanding of channel commerce capabilities, product marketing goals, and CSP channel dynamics. You will be responsible for growing our Modern Work and Business Applications CSP businesses by improving the fundamentals of CSP channel and implementing growth programs to drive our product offerings such as Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Windows 365, and Business Central. This will require the formulation of both long-term business strategy and month-to-month execution plans aligned to Modern Work and Business Application Solution Plays to drive the CSP Revenue and net paid seat adds (NPSA) targets across Small and Medium Businesses(SMB) and Small, Medium, and Corporate -Commerical (SMC-C). You will need to collaborate with a broad set of cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing Management (PMM), Business Planning, Finance, and Business Development.

Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.4+ years of Product, Partner, or Channel Marketing experience with multi-national tech companies Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experienceOR equivalent experience.Compelling storytelling and presentation skills, experience presenting to senior level audiences Collaborator on complex multi-faceted issues across multiple groups, with a great awareness to establish relationships that result in the right outcomes for the business and our customers. Ability to move others across organizational boundaries to a desired business outcome when there is no clear “ownership” of an issue.
Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.
