Enable a world-class sales force and empower them to drive success, both the customer’s and Microsoft.In AI Business Solutions, we are passionate about this mission, and we are looking for a Director Business Programs - Application Business Solutions to join our Sales Acceleration Program organization who is responsible for creating and executing programmatic initiatives that accelerate revenue and generate insights at scale. This team plays a critical role in bridging across the field, customers and corporate stakeholders to ensure we have command and control of the business and can continuously refine our Go-To-Market strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Program Leadership
Develops, manages, and executes Sales Programs as a program lead through defining plans, goals, deliverables, feedback, and execution timelines, providing structure and guidance for corp and field teams. Manages projects independently and/or in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders such as world-wide and field sales teams, Business Architects, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Engineering and Finance. Problem Solving and Insights
Synthesizes and leverages learnings from sales programs into insights that inform sales go-to-market strategy and execution in partnership with Business Architects, Marketing and Engineering. Leverages insights to develop recommendations and seeks to provide thought leadership (e.g., sales trend identification, implications of competitor moves, solution area gaps) around potential future growth opportunities and strategic issues for Microsoft sales processes. Assists with creating frameworks and methodologies to drive problem solving and insights. Manages listening capabilities. Works with field and corp stakeholders to see what is and is not working and developing solutions. Ensures strong collaboration in working cross-organizations to ensure closed loop from design, landing, and listening capabilities to circle back and improve on program execution and design.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.Additional or preferred qualificationsMaster's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 15+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
