We are looking for a Director, Business Program Manager to drive business excellence, program manage operations across the AI Acceleration team. As part of the Innovation & Acceleration team within Commercial Solution Areas, this role will aim to accelerate customers’ AI transformation into value at speed and scale, showcasing Microsoft’s end-to-end platform.
The Business Program Manager plays a critical position responsible for managing, facilitating and streamlining our business rigors and execution, designing measures of impact and creating a ‘picture of success’ for all teams to execute against. Spanning org RoB orchestration to supporting Go to market strategy and enablement, and guiding leadership with actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business program management and analytics, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to lead through influence in a multi-country, matrix organization.

Strategic Business Operations
Lead planning and execution of operational rhythms and governance models to ensure alignment with business priorities.Business Performance Management

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives on a global scale.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and influence diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated experience operating within multi-country, matrixed organizations, effectively leading through influence rather than authority.Strong collaboration skills, partnering with business leaders and teams to identify process challenges and align on strategic goals.

Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
