Description
As a Director, Business Planner - Xbox focused on supporting our Developer Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in supporting the long-term health of our partner ecosystem. 3rd Party Partners play a crucial role for the Xbox Platform as we move to diversify our presence to new endpoints such as Smart TV and PC where we will need to develop new incentive models to continue nurturing support for Xbox. Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications7+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experienceOR equivalent experience.7+ years experience using advanced functions in Excel and PowerPoint to drive and/or own financial modeling.7+ years experience orchestrating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver recommendations.7+ years of experience working on business model creation and evaluation to include business models like: forecasting, scenario planning, etc.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
12+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related fieldOR 8+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), or related fieldOR equivalent experience.Experience in the gaming industry.
Business Planning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.
