Description

Embedded within the Azure marketing organization, this role is central to shaping our market presence through insight-driven strategies, test-and-learn activations, and cross-functional activations. As Director, Azure Brand, you’ll have the scope, scale, and impact to make a real difference, working with a fast-paced team that values your brand knowledge. As a brand professional, you will work to accelerate customer affinity and grow perceptions for this priority business. As a brand champion, you will educate, inspire, and empower a brand thinking culture across the organization. As the brand advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Azure by leveraging data-driven strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive business growth. Think of the scope, scale, and impact you will have in a role where you help shape our presence in the market based on compelling insights you develop through research, analysis and test/learn activations. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

8+ years work experience at a branding agency or with product marketing, brand building, and/or strategy development OR equivalent experience.8+ years experience in brand leadership roles with a demonstrated ability to develop insight-driven strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive measurable brand growth in a fast-paced environment.

Additional or preferred qualifications

Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience.8+ years creative strategy experience, which could include brief writing and/or managing strategy on the corporate or agency side.8+ years experience managing projects (e.g., internal stakeholder management, timelines, prioritization, road mapping).

Brand IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
