The Consumer Growth Engine is a digitally centric performance marketing team focused on delighting customers with relevant, timely, personalized communications to help them grow excitement in purchasing and getting more value out of Microsoft products and services.The Senior Digital Experience Manager is at the forefront of determining how we create world-class customer journeys across owned & operated marketing channels and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI). Your focus will be to define cross-channel customer journeys and marketing strategies to help drive our business goals for Windows products & personal computers (PCs). You will own setting the marketing goals for your business unit and achieving the key performance results across a cross-functional team of marketers – looking across the customer conversion, engagement and retention funnel. You will own results narratives and share-outs with our business stakeholders and leaders. Create and optimize customer journey strategies across owned & operated marketing channels and landing destinations (Devices, Windows). Lead a cross-channel marketing pod that brings together strategy, execution, and experimentation across performance marketing channels. Create plans and initiatives across the Pod (learning plan, multi-channel strategies tied to customer journey, priority-setting and initiative tracking). Business coordination, performance narrative & read-out to business stakeholders and leaders within marketing, product, and engineering. Forecast core marketing metrics in partnership with analytics team and execute to meet targets. Create the owned & operated marketing campaigns tied to the customer strategy in partnership with channel execution teams. Lead and participate in pilots to support innovation and improvements. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on both customer insights and business insights for your business unit within Consumer Growth Engine.OtherEmbody our Culture and Values
Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, product marketing, integrated marketing, or related work experience
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience leading large cross-functional marketing initiatives, including goal-setting and channel strategy coordination.Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 4+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experienceOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience leading cross-functional and multi-stakeholder teams on complex projects
2+ years of experience with building campaign strategy within marketing channels (ex. In-product, email, web, etc.) and driving execution.
2+ years of experience setting & managing performance marketing business goals, driving measurable customer experience improvements, marketing campaign efficiency & performance improvements.Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
