Description
OverviewMicrosoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) drives one of the world's largest cloud infrastructures, powering all Microsoft online products and services and advancing Microsoft's "Cloud First" mission. With a focus on smart growth, efficiency, and delivering a trusted customer experience, CO+I oversees over 200 web portals and services worldwide, ensuring infrastructure, security, compliance, and manageability. 
Within CO+I, the strategic Supply Chain team is responsible for establishing a supply chain that can meet the ever-growing growth of the Cloud and our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. Furthermore, we support the Operations team that manages and runs the cloud assets. We are looking to fill the critical role of Datacenter Integration Sourcing Manager to lead the sourcing and execution of critical services and equipment in support of the final operational turnover of our cloud infrastructure across the subregion.

Successful candidates must reside within 50 miles of the in country office location. This role is eligible for remote work, up to 100%.
Responsibilities
Sourcing:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex projects to ensure cost optimization and supply continuity.
Create and manage RFIs/RFPs, supplier scorecards, and performance reviews.
Partner with suppliers to identify improvements, manage risks, and drive cost competitiveness.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet business needs and ensure supplier alignment with Microsoft’s goals.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to policies and educate stakeholders and suppliers on compliance requirements.
Lead supplier scorecard processes and strategic business reviews, addressing issues and driving improvements.
Monitor deliverables for accuracy, timeliness, and quality, and manage contingency plans for delays.
Procurement and Contracts:
Execute contracts and resolve risks or roadblocks to ensure alignment with business needs.
Monitor the impact of change orders and adjust plans as necessary.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Develop and implement pricing and negotiation strategies for complex categories.
Collaborate with suppliers to onboard and manage relationships, ensuring alignment with Microsoft priorities.
Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and Microsoft accounts to support effective partnership management.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND solid experience (including internships) in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND significant experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 10+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 8+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
Experience with the Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) industry.
