Are you passionate about connecting business and engineering teams to develop the best solution?The Audit, Risk, and Compliance (ARC) Group is looking for a Senior Data Solutions Manager in the Technology (Tech) team. The ARC Tech team is responsible for identifying insights and solutions and supporting end-to-end projects across the various ARC teams and the broader Microsoft-wide stakeholder community. They build connective tissue across ARC and external stakeholders via analytics and technology and share connected insights to drive informed business action. They also serve as ARC’s center of excellence for compliance and innovative technology.

Partner with Internal Auditors and Investigators to understand their business requirements for opportunity areas and problem statements. Translate business requirements to technical solutions, which may include working with engineering and leading user acceptance testing. Assist in tracking, coordinating, and communicating project schedules for solutions. Leads solutions delivery and maintenance. Uses expertise in technology landscape and business operations to develop compliant solutions, being a trusted advisor to both the business and engineering. Stay current on the latest AI, automation, and BI technology and trends. Contribute to key priorities: continuous improvement of solutions, center of excellence for compliance and governance, and building connections through data and insights. Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or ProgrammingOR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or ProgrammingOR equivalent experience
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Demonstrated experience successfully working with business partners to understand needs and challenges. Demonstrated ability to process data using SQL and Python and building dashboards with PowerBI. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft AI solutions, including experience in designing AI solutions and suggesting the best fit for business needs. 5+ years of demonstrated work experience in business intelligence, data analysis, technical solutions, or related field. Proficient communication skills, including the ability to deliver program/solution updates, communicate with stakeholders and leadership, and manager program/solution releases. Experience designing and implementing technical solutions. Advanced skills with Power Platforms and Azure Open AI solutions.
Technical Solution Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
