Our team plays a key role in providing data and analytics for agents solutions across Microsoft and covers agent maker platforms and SDKs, agent usage across surfaces, IQ layers, agent observability and management.

Responsibilities

Conduct data analyses deliver insights and learnings on marketing and engineering initiatives / programs (BI) for all customer segments based on usage. Define, generate, and monitor KPI metrics for different agent solution areas for executive and external reportingAutomate reporting and provide exploration capability for reporting usersPartner with multiple marketing and engineering teams to explore data, design learning plan, and conduct analysesPresent insights and learnings to key stakeholders / executives, drive actions and impactProvide thought leadership on customer solution areas marketing based on insights / learning from hypothesis proven with deep analytics Partner with Machine Learning Science team to develop forecasting

Data Science IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
