OverviewAs a Data Analyst in the Analytics & Applications team, your work will focus on helping the Small and Medium Business organization achieve its long-term business and customer growth objectives through the creation of data analytics, insights, and reports.
You will act as a strategic partner responsible for delivering data models, insights, and analytics that impact the ability to understand our SMB ecosystem and enable the business to react quickly and drive business growth. You will develop your career, forge effective cross-functional relationships, take on progressively broader responsibilities, and establish yourself as a trusted strategic advisor. Responsibilities
You will conduct exploratory data analysis, create data models, and develop actionable insights to enable and support decision-making for business leaders across Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.You will leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to accelerate analysis, improve data quality, and deliver scalable self-serve insights while adhering to security and privacy requirements.You will identify and leverage appropriate sources of data and contribute to the development of recommendations.You’ll determine appropriate analytical techniques and critically evaluate assumptions.You will share and simplify relevant findings and insights and ensure presented results are accessible and accurate.You’ll support and/or consult with other teams and identify relevant data-driven recommendations.You will recommend efficiency improvements for core work and evaluate the viability of automated data collection methods.You will understand linkages between analytical models and contribute to the review process—and, if the model is deemed deficient—seek to determine why.You’ll work within and across teams to ensure alignment in data sources and processes and engage stakeholders to act on opportunities.Embody our culture and values.
Qualifications
Required :
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
Preferred :
2+ years’ experience in data analysis, modelling, and visualization tools (e.g., experience with SQL and Power BI)Strong understanding of data visualization best practices

Data Analytics IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
