The Senior Customer Growth Marketing Manager for Microsoft Fabric will lead the end-to-end growth marketing strategy for Microsoft’s unified AI-powered data platform. In this role, you will imagine the end-to-end growth marketing strategy to help customers innovate with Microsoft Fabric, using compelling email and in-product messaging to drive product adoption, usage, and ultimately lifetime value. We are looking for an individual with impactful business judgment, tenacity, technical depth, and a natural affinity for data-driven marketing. You have effective communication skills, a bias for action and the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization to create meaningful, customer-centric communications that drive impact. A successful candidate is customer-focused, creative, and can develop a strategy and execution plan to drive impact. Technical familiarity with the developer and IT professional audiences and/or software development is preferred.

Collaborate with Product Marketing and Engineering partners to develop a cohesive digital marketing strategy to grow Microsoft Fabric adoption, usage, and revenue.Build omni-channel communications including email, web, and dynamic in-product messaging, using a customer-centric approach to drive business impact.Partner closely with internal teams including data scientists, analysts, and data engineers to glean insights from data, develop hypotheses, and design experiments.Regularly communicate plans and results, clearly and confidently set expectations with stakeholders and senior leaders.Identifies opportunities and sets direction for digital channel strategy, development, and content curation. Owns, measures, delivers, and optimizes key metrics and reporting on marketing activities across channels and platforms. Creates reports and analyses of customer metrics to identify opportunities to improve business impact. Acts as an internal expert on digital channels and helps to educate the team on principles and practices.

Recommends digital channel strategy by leveraging deep knowledge of industry dynamics, identifying potential customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Leverages customer targeting, segmentation tools, and various metrics to provide recommendations to continually update and improve customer experiences and generate incremental business results.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experienceOR equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Product Marketing.Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experienceOR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experienceOR equivalent experience.Experience partnering closely with Product Management and Data Science teams.Experience effectively communicating with executives.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
