The Marketing Experience team is a growth engine with the goal of driving revenue and product usage through bold creativity, strategic audience engagement, and marketing experiences that deliver real impact We partner deeply across our sales and product teams to ensure every marketing campaign or activity ladders up to business outcomes. About the role As a Sr. Customer Growth Manager, you will own the Expansion strategy and architect a scalable execution framework that accelerates customer growth. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration across Product Marketing, Analytics, Privacy, and Data Science to develop new capabilities, launch model-driven campaigns, and deliver actionable insights that advance our cross-sell vision. You will design and implement a connected sales and marketing strategy that deepens engagement between customers, sales teams, and AI agents—driving product adoption, usage, and long-term value. Your leadership will shape how we identify growth opportunities, personalize outreach, and optimize the customer journey across touchpoints.

Partner Cross-Functionally: Coordinate between Customer Growth Managers, Analytics, Data Science, Operations and Product Marketing on prioritization of cross-sell campaigns, targeting and metrics of success Drive customer usage by aligning marketing signals with sales engagement priorities: Leverage marketing insights to help sales teams identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, enabling timely and targeted outreach. Collaborate closely with sales to activate marketing-led engagement strategies that deepen customer relationships and accelerate product adoption. Agility & Influence: Demonstrates the ability to seamlessly shift across multiple priorities and requests, while effectively influencing stakeholders to adapt execution strategies based on the nature and urgency of each initiative. Communicate Insights & Impact: Distill analyses of expansion campaigns into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership Drive Continuous Optimization: Establish feedback loops with stakeholders, set up process for planning and reporting AI-Driven Innovation: Leverage AI to enhance production, delivery and optimization of expansion campaigns—unlocking smarter targeting, faster execution, and deeper insights at scale. Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, Media, Commerce or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.3+ years Growth Marketing, Digital marketing or product management experience.Experience partnering closely with Product Marketing, Data Analytics and Data Science teams.Experience utilizing reporting tools and platforms to derive insights.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, Media, Commerce or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, Media, Commerce or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.Business to Business (B2B) experienceExperience in the cloud industry. Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
