We are looking for a Principal Customer Experience Program Manager to lead and drive a new wave of Agentic AI capabilities. This role is an opportunity to leverage and grow your existing product management experience in an innovative and highly collaborative environment where the results of your work will matter to Microsoft and Microsoft’s customers.

Success in this role requires a technical and analytical background, plus the ability to collaborate with both customer and engineering teams. You should develop a clear vision and strategy, clarify requirements, and balance technical understanding with business goals. Collaboration, communication, and coordination skills are essential.

Be a product leader who deeply understands the enterprise customer and productivity scenarios to help deliver continued end-user value & drive adoption.Engage on technical challenges, constraints and blockers with state-of-the-art AI capabilities for enterprise and personal productivity customers.Influence various product team owners to prioritize product features that are blocking customer scenarios by sharing feedback, explaining customer context & importance, effective communication and by leveraging leadership escalation, as necessary.Establish and lead partnerships with teams across Microsoft 365, Business Industry Solutions, and Azure.Design and run programs and processes to keep a global team of software engineers, designers, and PMs aligned and well-connected.Partner with engineering and design teams in all phases of development to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the software development life cycle.Own the relationships with multiple stakeholders within the customer accounts (ranging from leadership to architects & partners) to drive adoption & unblock issues.Communicate effectively to keep all the stakeholders (internal Microsoft & customer) informed of the progress of the engagement, issues, blockers, successes, and impact to drive adoption & realize value.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.3+ years of customer-facing experience.

2+ years of solution architecture experience. 

4+ years of experience with key Power Platform technologies.

2+ years of experience with Copilot Studio or related technologies from conversational AI or AI agent competitor platforms.

Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications :

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.5+ Years of experience with key Power Platform technologies and Areas:Power AppsPower Automate Cloud Flows & Desktop FlowsPower Platform governance, security & administration.Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
