Microsoft 365 Copilot is a groundbreaking productivity tool that leverages the power of large language models, the Microsoft Graph, and the web to drive unparalleled creativity and transform productivity in the enterprise.We are a small team that is advancing the state of the art of models across M365 Copilot Chat and AI Agents. We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Experience Program Manager to help provide solutions that align this new technology with customer business goals – as the alignment of these solutions will allow our customers and their users to achieve more.
As a Senior Customer Experience Program Manager, you will help build and lead our strategy by gathering customer insights, developing experiences and methods to reduce customer friction in product adoption, partnering with cross-functional members of the organization to align customer feedback with product improvements, engage directly with customers to communicate product features and enhancements, and more. You and your team will operate in a critical cross-functional role, where you will partner with product, engineering, design, research, marketing, and sales – ensuring our product strategy and roadmap are aligned to meet the needs of our customers and their workflows.

You will advise your team on providing solutions that align with customer business goals while addressing any barriers that stand in the way. You will supervise your team as they evaluate how Microsoft products impact customer strategy and pursue opportunities to integrate products that align with that strategy. You will review and clarify training content to enable teams to expedite customer acceleration across multiple business areas. You will provide supervision as your team partners with Sales and Engineering teams to close deals. You will also help team determine if customers have met conditions for success.
Qualifications
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.Experience leading a team and partnering with sales organization on deal closure through dedicated product evangelism and demonstration.2+ years of experience in engaging directly with customers, and translating insights gathered into product and technical roadmap recommendations, including prioritization.Experience working across organizations within the corporation to drive consensus and efficiencies to maximize impact at external facing events and product presentations.Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.1+ year(s) people management experience.Customer Experience Program Mgmt M4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
