Microsoft 365 Copilot is a groundbreaking productivity tool that leverages the power of large language models, the Microsoft Graph, and the web to drive unparalleled creativity and transform productivity in the enterprise.We are a small team that is advancing the state of the art of models across M365 Copilot Chat and AI Agents. We are seeking a Customer Experience Program Management Specialist to help provide solutions that align this new technology with customer business goals – as the alignment of these solutions will allow our customers and their users to achieve more.
As a Customer Experience Program Management Specialist, you will help facilitate our strategy by gathering customer insights, developing experiences and methods to reduce customer friction in product adoption, partnering with cross-functional members of the organization to align customer feedback with product improvements, engage directly with customers to communicate product features and enhancements, and more. You will be a member of a team that operates in a critical cross-functional role within our organization. You will be asked to partner with product, engineering, design, research, marketing, and sales – ensuring that customer insights are an influencing factor in the development of our overall product strategy and roadmap.

You will independently conduct customer research, advise colleagues on how to synthesize this feedback, and use your unique understanding to create and map Microsoft solutions to customer requirements. You will leverage insights from customers to develop new solutions and enhance existing products and services. You will contribute to the development of training content by conducting internal learning sessions and creating best practices, enabling teams to expedite customer acceleration and integration. You will help close deals by providing Engineering and Sales teams with relevant client background. You will also determine if customers have met conditions of success, rescope and revaluate projects, and assess customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.Experience engaging directly with customers, and translating insights gathered into product and technical roadmap recommendations, including prioritization.Experience leading or partnering with sales organization on deal closure through dedicated product evangelism and demonstration.Experience working across organizations within the corporation to drive consensus and efficiencies to maximize impact at external facing events and product presentations.Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
