Driving this vision forward, our Business Management & Programs Team champions operational excellence and leads strategic initiatives that enable consistent execution, foster collaboration, and build a culture of recognition.
As a Business Program Manager within this team, you will lead programs across the Customer Success organization—driving structure, timelines, and measurable outcomes. You will define and manage the Rhythm of Business (ROB) for key programs. You will design and execute communications plans for meetings, programs, and strategic priorities. You will also champion people enablement and culture by leading initiatives that foster technical intensity, change clarity, and organizational alignment.
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Program Manager who combines strategic thinking with flawless execution. The ideal candidate drives programs from concept to delivery, communicates with clarity, and builds strong stakeholder alignment. A passion for enabling people and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture is essential, along with the ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
You will leverage leadership direction to influence sponsorship and drive organizational change. You’ll define the vision and strategy for new initiatives, lead communication plans, and apply change management techniques to secure buy-in. You’ll also guide others in creating enablement materials to support stakeholder adoption.You will perform program landscape analysis and examine business trends, while contributing to programs impacting the broader unit. You’ll also identify opportunities to develop and improve programs, and lead program strategy definition and project plan creation.You will lead others who work with cross-functional stakeholders to design highly complex programs from initiation to delivery. You’ll also lead the definition and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics.You will share best practices to define and execute on a landing and communication plan, leading the rhythm of business during execution. You’ll also share your expertise to promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.As you lead a portfolio of projects, you’ll communicate the program status and risk to stakeholders, and hold them accountable to following the schedule. You’ll also lead cross-team collaboration to ensure program processes are executed efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement or equivalent experienceAdditional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Track record of delivering measurable business improvementsPartnering acrros teams, aligning goals and driving focused results with large impactAbility to work and create structure in complex and ambigous situations and respond flexibly in time sensitive situationsExperience running multiple projects and requests at the same timeSolid verbal and written communication skillsSolid team player with strong interpersonal skillsQuick learner and willing to adapt to a dynamic working environment
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
