Driving this vision forward, our Business Management & Programs Team champions operational excellence and leads strategic initiatives that enable consistent execution, foster collaboration, and build a culture of recognition.
As a Business Program Manager within this team, you will lead programs across the Customer Success organization—driving structure, timelines, and measurable outcomes. You will manage virtual teams, create project assets, and ensure clear reporting. You’ll build strong partnerships with stakeholders to align priorities. Additionally, you will orchestrate and define change plans – ensuring effective field readiness and execution.
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Program Manager with a proven ability to turn strategy into action, lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, and drive outcomes aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate excels at orchestration, thrives in a fast-paced environment, synthesizes complex information, and demonstrates a strong aptitude for learning quickly.
Responsibilities
You will leverage leadership direction to influence sponsorship and drive organizational change. You’ll define the vision and strategy for new initiatives, lead communication plans, and apply change management techniques to secure buy-in. You’ll also guide others in creating enablement materials to support stakeholder adoption.You will perform program landscape analysis and examine business trends, while contributing to programs impacting the broader unit. You’ll also identify opportunities to develop and improve programs, and lead program strategy definition and project plan creation.You will lead others who work with cross-functional stakeholders to design highly complex programs from initiation to delivery. You’ll also lead the definition and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics.You will share best practices to define and execute on a landing and communication plan, leading the rhythm of business during execution. You’ll also share your expertise to promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.As you lead a portfolio of projects, you’ll communicate the program status and risk to stakeholders, and hold them accountable to following the schedule. You’ll also lead cross-team collaboration to ensure program processes are executed efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvementO equivalent experience

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
