Description
Are you a creative director who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, digital media, and event execution? We’re looking for a visionary Creative Experience Lead to lead the creative strategy and execution of marketing moments and product launches for Microsoft 365 Copilot (AI assistant for work). This role is a chance to bring product announcements to life in ways that breakthrough and resonate with people through creative digital marketing across our channels.As the Creative Experience Lead, you will be responsible for being the thought leader of digital-native storytelling and architect the creative approach, grounded in strategic insights and audience relevance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external creative agencies to bring ideas to life.

Define and evolve the creative approach and experiential execution of marketing moments and news disclosures.Own the ideation, development, and execution of creative, including hero assets, across various media and channels.Partner with brand, marketing, product, and creative teams to inspire product storytelling efforts grounded in strategic insights and audience relevance.Manage cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver high impact creative work on time and within budget.Source and develop internal demo talent for mainstage and video delivery.
Qualifications
Required QualificationsMaster's Degree in in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.3+ years experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team3+ years experience in digital-first creative marketing and campaign development from concept to executionPreferred Qualifications
5+ years experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team5+ years experience in digital-first creative marketing and campaign development from concept to executionProven track record of creative leadership with a demonstrable portfolio showcasing digital storytelling and experiential content.Experience translating product strategy and insights into impactful digital creative concepts and visual assets—and go from idea to execution. Experience working with commercial products and services with a solid understanding of the artificial intelligence landscape.Experience in leveraging artificial intelligence technologies to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions.Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring a solution-oriented mindset to complex, fast-moving environments.Experience working directly within creative software (For example, Figma, Adobe suite, Microsoft products).Experience with storytelling/narrative structure, pacing, graphics, music, shot selection and all key aspects of audio-visual content.Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
