Description

Are you excited by the potential for AI assistants to transform our day-to-day lives? We are seeking a dynamic Copilot Product Marketing Manager to join the Copilot consumer product marketing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing cross-channel go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of Copilot on Windows PCs. Millions buy a Windows device for their home each year to support them through school, for entertainment and connection, and to manage family life or a side hustle. Your job is to show how Copilot on Windows can enhance their PC experience and help them to fulfill these needs, through user education and awareness activities. Working within the context of a fast-paced, ever-evolving market, you’ll be able to get creative and help to differentiate the story for Copilot on Windows for consumers. You will leverage insights from research, experimentation and user behavior to build a deep understanding of the needs of key audience groups, then work closely with product and cross-functional marketing partners to develop your ideas and bring them to life in marketing and product experiences

Develop educational assets and experiences that resonate with critical audiences and persuade them to try Copilot. Partner across marketing and product to test, validate and refine. Raise visibility of Copilot on Windows through inclusion in broad reach, cross-endpoint campaigns, internal evangelism and tight partnership with Windows marketing teams. Optimize Microsoft Store listings and performance: to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and user engagement, utilizing keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analytics. Be a user advocate: Leverage customer feedback and insights to deeply understand the audience and share these insights across teams, as well as building into your own work. Drive for continuous improvement: continuously analyze performance of assets and campaigns to refine strategies and drive greater impact, while challenging working models to create efficiencies and opportunities to scale. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in Product Marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in Product Marketing OR equivalent experience.Experience using research and data to create impactful marketing assets and strategies.Experience creating customer facing go-to-market assets.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in Product Marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in Product Marketing OR equivalent experience.Experience with Consumer AI productsThe ability to provide a portfolio of relevant work for review

Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
