This position will be part of the Responsible Procurement & Compliance organization and focus on compliance risk management.We are seeking a vigorous skilled and motivated Senior Compliance Program Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying and remediating supplier risks, developing a comprehensive systems strategy to manage these risks, and leveraging advanced data analytics capabilities to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Supplier Non-Compliance Management: Manage supplier non-compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct as well as reported supplier grievances. Supplier Risk Identification and Remediation: Lead efforts to track and manage risks associated with suppliers across the enterprise including developing and managing a risk repository in OneRadar. Drive execution and accountability of remediation plans to address identified risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Systems Strategy Development: Design and implement a robust systems strategy to manage supplier risks effectively, including a strategy to consolidate various non-compliance and incident management intake tools and processes in place today into a consistent experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management processes and data into existing systems and workflows. Data Analytics: Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to monitor supplier performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure alignment on risk management strategies and initiatives. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of risk management efforts. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in supplier risk management processes by identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing best practices. Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's risk management practices remain effective and compliant.Embody our culture and values
Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvementOR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supplier risk management. Experience in developing and implementing systems strategies for risk management. Familiarity with compliance management software and tools. Certification in risk management or compliance (e.g., CRISC, CCEP) is a plus.
Role onsite 3 days per week.
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
