Description
The Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) organization delivers sales enablement strategy and execution to ensure our field sellers empower customers and partners through AI Transformation. In order to meet the needs of the market, the Americas is accelerating our focus in order to drive revenue, gain share and continue leadership in AI. To support this growth strategy, the Americas SE&O is hiring a Communications Specialist reporting to the Chief of Staff.As the Communication Specialist - Americas Sales Enablement & Operations, you will be responsible for partnering closely with the Communciations Director and Chief of Staff to execute the communications strategy supporting the Americas Chief Operating Officer (COO). This includes support and execution on daily internal communications needs for the COO such as creating and editing town hall decks, ghostwriting employee communication for Viva Engage, and more. It also includes managing workback schedules, project timelines, reporting, and engagement insights to ensure COO communication is timely and effective.

You will support the Communications Director in comprehensive communication planning and execution, including support for daily internal and external communication needs, active participation in communities, and fostering collaboration within the Americas SE&O organization.You will lead the daily management and advancement of our organizational communication processes, tools, and resources.You will lead project management, planning, and execution for virtual and in-person town hall meetings, annual offsites, and other needs. You will leverage your stakeholder management skills to execute tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and manage expectations and priorities effectively.You will monitor and analyze the impact of communciation, then propose new approaches and revised messaging as appropriate. You’ll gather and synthesize data from various sources to iterate solutions, identify metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate results, and surface insights that help inform strategy.Will consider candidates from the Americas and Canada.

Qualifications
Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experienceOR equivalent experience.4+ years experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role.3+ years experience working with social media platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Written and Spoken, Spanish, French and/or Portuguese. Communications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
