You will craft and execute integrated communications and campaigns that drive employee engagement and deepen employee awareness, and that engage and inform external audiences, including through creative activations, thought leadership, events, executive speaking engagements, newsletters, and more.
This opportunity will allow you to leverage strategic thinking, leadership, and innovation to develop impactful narratives, messaging, and communications plans that bring our work to life across an integrated portfolio and help create clarity and energy around some of the most complex challenges and urgent opportunities our industry faces today. Integrated Narrative Development: Develop and execute integrated communications and narratives for the TDIL portfolio, covering culture and inclusion, communities and experiences, learning, and keystone moments.Leadership of Content Strategy: Lead the strategy and development of content that amplifies culture and employee experience, ensuring it aligns to organizational goals and business objectives.Execution Across TDIL Portfolio: Oversee the development and execution of communications across the TDIL portfolio, connecting dots on critical intersecting and integrated topics, ensuring messaging aligns with strategic priorities.Driving Communications for Inclusion, Culture, and Communities: Lead the communications efforts around inclusion, culture, and communities, ensuring these areas are woven into the broader narrative of employee experience, learning, and development.Globally focused Storytelling and Messaging: Envision global storytelling opportunities across multiple form factors, channels, and audiences, informed by meaningful insights. Collaborate across teams to develop stories anchored in global awareness and cultural sensitivity, and measure impact to apply learnings for continuous improvement.Cross-functional Leadership: Engage with HR, senior leadership, and business units to drive communications strategy across multiple organizational priorities.Lead through Change Management: Lead communications during organizational change, focusing on scaling inclusive culture and employee experience initiatives across the organization.Communications Innovation: Drive innovation in content and communications, including introducing and adopting AI-driven processes to scale and increase impact, continuously adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.Commitment to culture: Embody our culture and live our values in support of our company mission.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experienceOR equivalent experience4+ years of experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams and projects on tight deadlines.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing, Program Management, Project Management, or related experienceOR equivalent experience.2+ years experience developing and writing subject-matter thought leadership, journalistic-style storytelling, and/or complex narratives.2+ years experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role. 2+ years experience working with social media platforms.Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.Strategic, proactive, and creative, eager to try new tactics and skilled at turning ideas into action.Communications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
