We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Security & Identity, and Modern Work to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers. This role focuses on driving Copilot adoption, removing technical and security blockers, and ensuring customers deploy Copilot securely and at scale while realizing measurable business value.
The CSA will partner closely with customer IT, security, and business stakeholders to guide architecture decisions, enable secure AI productivity, and accelerate successful adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Agents. This is a customer‑facing, advisory role centered on usage, value realization, and long‑term customer success, not reactive support.
This role is grounded in the approved CSA IC – AI Business Solutions (Copilot) job family and incorporates Security/Identity and Modern Work experience as core expectations.

Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).4+ years experience working on technical projects.Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, or Agent‑based AI solutions.Background in Modern Work technologies (Microsoft 365, Teams, collaboration and productivity workloads).Experience advising on Security and Identity concepts, including identity management, access controls, governance, and data protection in enterprise environments.Proven ability to guide customers through complex, high‑impact technical and security discussions with clarity and confidence.Proficient communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations, lead projects and motivate others. Experience with Microsoft Server products and implementation.Experience in integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD (e.g., Azure AD Connect, Active Directory Federation Services).Envision and deploy modern identity solutions (e.g., Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication, Azure AD Conditional Access, Azure AD Privileged Identity Management, Azure AD External Identities, Identity Governance, Azure AD Application Proxy).Basic understanding of Microsoft Security services (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Identity, Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security, Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics, Azure Security Center, Azure Log Analytics). Experience supporting secure AI deployments or productivity solutions in regulated or security‑sensitive environmentsFamiliarity with Microsoft security services related to identity, data protection, and complianceDemonstrated success driving adoption, usage excellence, and change management for Modern Work or AI solutionsExperience working cross‑functionally with security, product engineering, and account teams.
Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
