As the Cloud Service Provider Growth Lead - Small, Medium and Corporate, you will work with the Small, Medium Enterprise & Channels (SME&C) organization, Finance, Business Planning and other stakeholders to formulate the strategy, recommend execution models and drive impact by leading and supporting landing efforts with partners and Microsoft field audiences. This role is strategically positioned to help Microsoft capture whitespace for Microsoft 365, Business Applications and M365 Copilot through CSP.

Identifying new acquisition, expansion or upsell opportunities across markets that can be captured by CSP partners through tailored offers, investments or readiness efforts. Working with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Finance to formulate winning strategies to address these opportunities.Collaborating with the partner and sales organizations in SME&C to define the most appropriate execution model and co-owning the expected business impact, be it driving new customer acquisition, seat expansion or upselling existing customers. Develops partnerships (e.g., Marketing, Partner, SWE, Design, Services, Sales) to lead and deliver differentiated customer value and company growth. Drives initiatives and programs across teams to improve and meet organizational goals. Shares demonstrated best practices to relevant stakeholders to improve product marketing and business performance. Drives impact through other teams.Embody our culture and values
Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.4+ years of experience with storytelling and presenting to leadership level audiences.4+ years of experience collaborating on complex, multi-faceted issues across multiple business groups.Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
