Overviewコーポレートソリューション事業本部では、日本の大手～中堅企業および官公庁のお客様に向けて、Cloud & AI 基盤の刷新や強化を技術面から支援する Cloud & AI Data Solution Engineerを募集しています。
本ポジションでは、ミッションクリティカルなデータベース環境や分析基盤を中心に、設計・評価・移行・最適化といった技術領域を担当し、Azure を活用したデータプラットフォーム導入を通じてお客様のビジネス変革を支援します。
データベースや分析基盤に関する専門性を活かしながら、より広いデータ／AI 領域へとスキルを拡張していきたい方に適したポジションです。AI時代のデータ革新に貢献するデータベースや分析分野に対する強い好奇心と学習意欲を持ち、変化の速い環境の中で新しい技術やアーキテクチャに挑戦したい方を歓迎します。

データベースおよび分析は、Microsoft Azure における重要な成長分野であり、AI 時代に対応した IaaS / PaaS を含む多様なデータサービスが提供されています。本ポジションでは、Azure データプラットフォームを実案件の中で活用しながら、その価値をお客様に届ける役割を担います。
Responsibilities
役割と期待される貢献
お客様との技術的なディスカッションに参加し、データベース・分析基盤に関する設計検討や技術的な意思決定を支援プロセス、ツール、デモ、ドキュメントを活用しながら、アカウントチームやパートナーと協力してエンゲージメントを推進シニアメンバーのサポートのもと、顧客課題の整理、技術的な選択肢の提示、ソリューション検討に貢献技術評価・移行支援
現行環境の技術評価（As-Is）や将来像（To-Be）の整理に参画Azure を活用した移行・モダナイゼーション計画の検討・作成を支援顧客のビジネス要件と技術要件を理解し、技術的な観点から懸念点の洗い出しや解決策の検討に貢献技術的な内容を分かりやすく整理し、ビジネスへの影響を意識した説明を行う実装・ハンズオン経験
Azure Databases、Analytics、Fabric Data Platform を活用したデータ基盤導入・移行プロジェクトに参画POC / MVP において、設計・構築・検証フェーズを技術メンバーとして担当パートナーと連携しながら、実装・検証フェーズでの技術的な調整や課題対応を実施成長とフィードバック
顧客対応を通じて得られた学びや気づきをチーム内で共有エンジニアリングチームやプロダクトチームへのフィードバックに貢献クラウド移行、データ、分析、AI 領域における技術スキルを継続的に向上社内外の技術コミュニティや学習機会を通じて、専門性を拡張
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting, or equivalent practical experience.Deep expertise in commercial database management systems, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.Strong consultation capabilities for enterprise data platforms, including data integration, data engineering, and data analytics.Fluency in JapaneseAdditional or preferred qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.2+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.Certification in relevant (Microsoft or industry) technologies or disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Office 365; Power BI; Azure Administrator, Architecture, and Development exams; Cloud Platform Technologies; Information Security; Architecture).
