Optimize the Head of Studio’s time, partnering with his executive administrator to curate his connections and maximize his capacity. Craft compelling comms for many different audiences – from inside the studio to executive-level audiences across Microsoft Gaming leadership. You’ll make sure the right messages land with impact. Own and shape the studio’s recruiting and hiring strategy, partnering with studio hiring managers and Global Talent Acquisition to recruit and hire top talent into Halo Studios. Partner with HR to level up our people, leading talent development rhythms with managers and leaders and helping our managers grow and flourish in their roles. Capitalize on team strengths and identify challenges, planning and leading training and other development efforts that help our teams shine.
