We are looking for a Change Management Lead to design and drive how AI‑enabled solutions are adopted, understood, and successfully embedded across the organization. This role sits at the center our AI Acceleration Program, leading high‑priority initiatives that help teams move from awareness to confidence to real value. You will shape how change lands—ensuring people understand why it matters, what is changing, and how to succeed in an AI‑driven environment.

This is an individual contributor role responsible for leading complex, visible programs through influence, clarity, and execution—partnering closely with program leaders, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive readiness, adoption, and sustained impact. Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for AI Acceleration Pprogram.Assess change impact and organizational readiness to identify adoption risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.Align change plans to program milestones, releases, and go-live timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

Partner with leaders and sponsors to drive alignment, ownership, and accountability for change outcomes.Articulate change impacts, risks, and trade-offs through clear and compelling narratives.Support people managers with guidance, toolkits, and coaching to reinforce change.

Communications & Enablement

Design and deliver integrated communication and enablement plans in partnership with program communications teams.Ensure messaging clearly explains the why, what, and how of AI-driven change aligned to enterprise priorities.Coordinate training, learning assets, and adoption materials to build confidence and capability.

Adoption Measurement & Reinforcement

Define and track adoption and readiness metrics including awareness, usage, confidence, and behavioral change.Surface insights, risks, and recommendations through executive-ready reporting.Drive reinforcement activities to sustain change post-deployment and institutionalize new behaviors.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting AI, digital, or technology transformation initiatives.Experience with structured change management methodologies and adoption frameworks.Experience working in large, matrixed enterprise environments.Executive-ready communication and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to leaders.Proven experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments, identifying adoption risks, dependencies, and actions that drive successful AI adoption and value realization.Experience synthesizing insights—connecting data, stakeholder input, and evolving signals into clear recommendations.

Business Strategy IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
