Description
The Enablement & Operations (E&O) team enables Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Team to better serve every person and organization’s transformation and economic success. How? We design, build, and manage the levers that accelerate commercial growth—including compensation, business performance and insights, planning, skilling, and tooling and engineering.The MCAPS E&O Revenue Operations (RevOps) team plays an important role in empowering every person in MCAPS to serve customers by activating and innovating Microsoft’s commercial engine.
Within RevOps, the Change Management and Landing Enablement team (CMLE) is in charge of building an always-on engine that drives durable MCAPS organization change with employees and customers at the center, in close partnership with WW and Regions.
We are passionate about this mission, and we are looking for a Senior Change Management and Landing Enablement Manager who will be responsible for turning the structured Fiscal Year change management and landing approach into a repeatable model for key cross-segment projects.

Design Repeatable Change & Landing Frameworks: Develop and maintain a standardized, scalable approach to change management and landing that drives measurable improvements in organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage practices from fiscal year planning and other enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure consistent and impactful change implementation. Strategic Program Enablement: Partner with initiative owners to embed change and landing strategies into the lifecycle of strategic projects, ensuring alignment across business segments and functions. Drive successful project outcomes by grounding change plans in field realities and continuously integrating feedback to enhance execution. Segment & Community Integration: Utilize existing change management teams within various Segment teams and Regions, as well as established community management structures, to ensure consistent execution and feedback loops. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration to achieve strategic objectives. Other: Embody our culture and values
Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience. 3+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.Demonstrated ability to design and scale change frameworks across global teams. Demonstrated ability to design and scale change frameworks across global teams. Collaboration skills with experience working across segments, functions, and geographies. Familiarity with community management and field readiness practices.
Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
