We are hiring a Business Program Manager to support our AI for CELA initiative. This initiative is pivotal in reimagining how CELA operates, leveraging digital tools and AI to revolutionize legal and business processes to maximize individual and organizational productivity. This role will be responsible for the AI for CELA Business Value framework, investment prioritization process, CELA AI narrative and the Rhythm-of-Business (RoB).

Business Value Framework:

Implement the business value framework to collect and evaluate success criteria and performance metrics, supported by scorecards and dashboards to monitor highly complex programs and ensure all activities align with business and program objectives. Leads the defining, analyzing, tracking, and reporting of success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., Objectives and Key Results [OKRs] and Key Performance Indicators [KPIs], such as quality, adoption, usage, impact, effectiveness) for the initiatives. Provides insight to cost-benefit analyses to examine performance to value drivers, making recommendations to improve or retire programs when required. Utilizes direction and strategy from leadership to create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives, objectives and metrics as needed.Narrative:

Owns the creation of a business narrative around CELA’s transformation in partnership with functional experts across the organization.Amplifies the transformation learnings through Marketing / case studies, Executive Briefing Centers and other channels. RoB:

Leads the rhythm of business (RoB), inclusive of a monthly business review (MBR), to ensure participants and stakeholders are informed of AI for CELA program performance. Identify blockers and resolution path with the team, as well as new opportunities to pursue, as required. Leads others to work across teams to ensure all program requirements and metrics are understood, aligned to the overall objectives of CELA and are achievable. Leverages data and performance metrics (e.g., Objectives and Key Results [OKRs] and Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]) to demonstrate the value of each AI for CELA investment and show business impact. Ethical Stewardship:

Upholds the highest standards of data governance and ethical practice. Collaborate closely with internal specialists to ensure compliance and build trust.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience inproduct management, program management, analytics, business intelligence, process management, process improvementOR equivalent experience.Experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure OpenAI, Fabric and the Copilot family of products. Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with cross-team stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
