The Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team is looking to hire a Senior Business Program Manager to join our team to drive internal and external community management programs. In this role, you will create and drive strategic initiatives, rhythms, processes, and reporting mechanisms that support the Azure Customer Experience (CXP) teams mission. To stay competitive, you will perform program landscape analysis and examine business trends. You’ll also identify opportunities to develop and improve programs and define program strategy and create project plans.With minimal coaching, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to design programs from initiation to delivery. You’ll also define and track success criteria and performance metrics.You will define and execute on a landing and communication plan, leading the rhythm of business during execution. You’ll also promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.As you contribute to or lead a portfolio of projects, you’ll communicate the program status and risk to stakeholders, and hold them accountable to following the schedule. You’ll also work with other teams to ensure program processes are executed efficiently.You will conduct cost-benefit analyses, collect and evaluate success metrics, and use other analytics to examine performance, derive value, and identify risk and opportunities. You’ll also influence and manage change in the organization.Embody our culture and values.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvementOR equivalent experience.1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvementOR equivalent experience.4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.3+ years of demonstrated experience as a key advisor for executive leadership, and proven executive presence.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
