OverviewCloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind one of the world’s largest cloud infrastructures, responsible for developing, building, and operating Microsoft’s global datacenter footprint. Our mission is to enable smart growth, high efficiency, and a trusted cloud experience for customers worldwide.
Within CO+I, the Process, Operations & Governance (POG) organization drives execution, governance, and cross functional alignment across complex datacenter and infrastructure programs. We are seeking a Sr. Business Program Manager to own and evolve the the authoritative system of record for datacenter and facility data used across CO+I and downstream systems.
This role serves as the business and governance owner for the system and process, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and data consumers to ensure facility data is accurate, compliant, scalable, and fit for enterprise use.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Serve as the program manager for CO+I Facilities application and its data, accountable for scope, priorities, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.
Lead and own the tool that maintains the attribute data for Microsoft’s facilities such as datacenters, warehouses facilities, etc. ensuring alignment to CO+I standards, governance, and compliance requirements. This includes onboarding new facilities, maintaining and decommissioning existing ones.
Coordinate downstream system updates required for new and existing facilities to support expense capture, tax incentives, and purchase-order success, etc.
Primary business point of contact interfacing with engineering and product managers and translating those requirements into an enterprise-level solution and platform that can scale to meet the capacity growth in CO+I. 
Structured problem solving and incident/issue management. Ability to resolve issues and triage requests spanning the tool and related system/process to reduce churn and timely resolution
Influence operational and data governance decisions
Continuously improve operations processes by standardizing data attributes and building repeatable processes to ensure timely data communication and updates that improve scalability, accuracy, and business outcomes
Leadership and influencing skills, including the ability work across business lines to gather alignment on processes, document processes and standards, manage global communication channels across partner teams on process/tool changes
Setting standards for the program like OKR, SLAs, key metrics and process improvements from them
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement,OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in technical program management, platform ownership, or datacentric programs.Experience working with enterprise data systems, system of record platforms, or data governance models. Familiarity with infrastructure, datacenter, or large-scale operations environments. Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across engineering, operations, and leadership teams. Experience driving cross organizational programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to translate business and operational requirements into platform or system requirements.Background Check Requirements:

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
