Description
We are seeking a Business Program Manager to support operations across Employment and Immigration Law (E+I Law), including high volume immigration filing lifecycle, employment law operations, budget, and vendor management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives, and working with diverse teams to support the company's legal framework.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Streamline and simplify operations across E+I Law domains, including immigration, employment law, and business processes, implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies. Support the business manager with the department's budget, including reporting, annual and quarterly reforecasts, monthly reconciliation, and timely billing and approval. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company's legal and regulatory requirements. Drive strategic operational projects and initiatives that contribute to the company's success.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvementOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.2+ years of Experience in high volume operations management in a legal and regulatory compliance environment. Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvementOR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvementOR equivalent experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with operations-related software and systems. Experience with budget lifecycle and vendor management
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
