Join us in shaping the future of learning at Microsoft. The Worldwide Learning (WWL) Sales Skilling team empowers our global salesforce with the skills and knowledge to succeed. We are seeking a Sr. Business Program Manager to oversee the systems, processes, and coordination that support the delivery of effective learning experiences to our commercial sales force, Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS), while innovating with AI to personalize learning, automate workflows, and deliver insights that drive impact. This position works across global teams to shape the future of learning at scale. You’ll leverage advanced technologies while maintaining the infrastructure behind our skilling programs. As the business owner of our Dynamics 365-based platform that supports and enables learner experiences and provides data insights, you’ll manage platform operations, execution of learner communications, audience segmentation, and event platform coordination.

You’ll also ensure the right tools, data, and workflows are in place, drive meticulous documentation, manage enhancement backlogs, uphold compliance, and deliver actionable insights through data reporting. Program Execution: Orchestrate learner communications and campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of training experiences. Platform Ownership: Define requirements, manage enhancements, and ensure platform reliability, data integrity, and compliance with privacy and security standards. Data & Insights: Guide the development of dashboards and analyze learner data using Power BI to inform decisions and improve engagement. Collaboration: Partner with program owners and support teams to translate requirements into platform configurations and delivery timelines. Process Innovation: Identify automation opportunities and pilot AI-driven and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and improve learner experiences. Other:

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.4+ years in program, project, or operations management. Technical acumen with enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365, Power Apps, or Salesforce. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting. Additional or preferred qualifications5 or more years of program management experience in technology-driven environments, ideally in learning and development, sales enablement, or marketing operations. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including Power Automate and Power Apps. Experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics to optimize systems and create personalized experiences. Experience collaborating with external partners or support teams to align deliverables and integrate contributions into unified execution. Strategic mindset with a track record of process improvement and innovation. Resilience and growth mindset aligned with Microsoft’s values and inclusive collaboration. Communication skills with the ability to influence without authority. Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders. Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
