Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind one of the world’s largest cloud infrastructures, responsible for powering all Microsoft online Products and Services as well as powering Microsoft’s “Cloud First” mission. To help us accelerate achieving our objectives, growth, and transformation, we are looking for a a New Business Program Manager to support process, operations, and governance program management. Being part of this team would give you an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing business and enable impact towards global scalable, compliant processes that enable on-time delivery.

As Business Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to support process improvement initiatives. Functions include driving compliance; maintaining governance controls; risk assessments; reporting compliance issues; and creating and managing Rhythm of the Business for owned workflows.

A successful candidate will have cross group organizational skills, demonstrate empathy, well developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities, experience enabling action from data and a passion to automate processes. Remain resilient and constructive when faced with changes and can quickly adapt.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.

This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.

We seek someone with solid project management skills who is passionate about process efficiency and drives actionable insights across complex businesses, as well as identifying and resolving critical problems for our stakeholders.

Business Partnership and Communication – Influence others via communication, effective data visualization, and storytelling. Provide active support and proactive tools to allow for visibility of business health. Drive actionable insights and business accountability based on outcomes of data analysis. Support requests from leaders for ad hoc analysis to drive regional business reviews.Operational Excellence – Work cross-functionally to design compliant, complex programs from initiation to delivery along with the production of collateral to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure the business objectives are met.Process Excellence – Establish and ensure success of ongoing processes to promote greater impact and appropriate consistency and programmatic efficiency. Focus on elimination of manual steps, tightening of operational controls and optimization without compromising compliance.Trusted Advisor - Provide direction and guidance to internal stakeholders answering related questions or issues, while demonstrating a positive attitude. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local US government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
