Description
This role sits within the Global Enterprise Sales (GES) team, part of the Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Industry and Partner Sales organization. GES drives enterprise sales strategy and execution across industries, geographies, and workloads, enabling Microsoft’s enterprise sales force to deliver the full value of Microsoft Cloud to customers and partners.
You’ll be part of the Customer Engagement and Co-Innovation (CE&CI) team, specifically the C-Series team, which leads invitation-only, in-person Chief Executive Office (CxO) Summits. These events foster peer-to-peer engagement among Microsoft’s most strategic enterprise customers.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building executive relationships through events, demonstrates initiative, and brings a collaborative and inclusive approach to their work.

Strategic Insight & Market Intelligence
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform C-Series Summit content recommendations. Translate general data and findings into actionable insights that reflect sponsor and field sales business priorities. Synthesize strategic insights related to Summit content, audience engagement, breakout sessions, side-meetings, and demand generation for presentation to executive stakeholders. Leverage diverse data sources to analyze information, draw conclusions, prioritize activities, and respond to dynamic business questions. Prepare and deliver presentations that include clear recommendations and next steps.Use data and insights to shape audience strategy and maximize the business impact of executive summits.
Translate market research and analytics into executive-ready insights that support strategic decision-making and post-event demand generation.
Stakeholder Orchestration & Event Leadership
Coordinate with event content contributors and facilitate speaker engagement across multiple stakeholder groups. Ensure alignment with event team processes and timelines. Build and maintain inclusive, trust-based relationships with C-Series executive sponsors, Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) field sales leaders, Customer Partner Experience (CPE) teams, and Global Event Services (GES) colleagues. Support customer-facing communication with professionalism and empathy. Lead strategic planning and execution of Chief Executive Office (CxO) roundtables in partnership with regional teams, fostering inclusive engagement and impactful outcomes.Design and orchestrate high-impact content experiences aligned to summit objectives and executive priorities.
Audience Strategy & Event Execution
Contribute to inclusive audience acquisition strategies and lead conversion tactics across global time zones. Support the planning and resourcing of breakout sessions and side-meetings and assist with post-event demand generation to drive audience engagement and business impact.Program Governance & Process Improvement

Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years’ experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in strategic content creation specifically for C-Suite Executives.Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years’ experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years’ experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Experience leading in-person executive events for Fortune 500 organizations, including planning, execution, and understanding key success factors; or experience building executive-to-executive relationships in a Fortune 500 enterprise environment.Demonstrated ability to deliver research-based insights to executive audiences and align findings to business priorities.Familiarity with Microsoft’s Strategic Enterprise strategy, products, services, and organizational culture.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Platform, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with openness to learning new productivity tools and platforms such as Copilot.Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving in dynamic environments; able to prioritize effectively within complex program structures and collaborate across global time zones and cultures.Experience presenting to and engaging with executive stakeholders to facilitate input, alignment, and decision-making.Experience in cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution, including process optimization and aligning program activities to business outcomes.Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
