The Senior Business Program Manager - Employee Experience role sits within the Global Customer Success organization on the Portfolio, Change Management and Enablement team. We are focused on delivering consistent, scalable Change Management and Enablement that empowers Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs), Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs,) and their managers to drive customer success outcomes and AI transformation.
Step into a high-visibility Senior Business Program Manager - Employee Experience role where you’ll shape how a global organization lands, enables, and scales talent at the pace of AI. You’ll run a worldwide program that connects leaders across sites, turns strategy into measurable execution, and delivers operational improvements you can point to. You’ll also help drive Early in Profession AI-native workforce transformation program—building a modern bench of Full-time Employees (FTEs) that accelerates world-class Customer Success. If you’re excited to be on the forefront of AI change, this is a chance to lead the shift, build influential partnerships, and grow your own Ai-first program leadership toolkit.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
Responsibilities
Strategic Program Management: Build and scale programs that matter—taking big, ambiguous problems and turning them into clear plans, measurable milestones, and real-world results. You’ll operate at global scale, use data to guide decisions, and grow your reputation as a leader who can turn vision into execution.Process Design and Management: Reimagine and simplify global workflows using automation and AI-first approaches. You’ll solve tough problems in complex environments, apply strong business acumen and analytical rigor, and build/maintain Agents and automations (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot, Copilot Studio) that make work faster, more consistent, and easier to scale.Communication: Create clear, compelling narratives that bring teams along—from crisp executive updates to practical content for early-in-profession talent. You’ll translate complexity into simple messages, increase engagement across cultures and time zones, and help the community feel the momentum of AI-driven change.Cross-Team Collaboration: Influence without authority by building trust quickly and aligning leaders around a shared plan. You’ll partner with site leaders and Program Managers (PMs), chair communities of practice, and move work forward through strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and a bias for action—so the program delivers, even across complex stakeholder landscapes.Global Rhythm of Business (RoB): Own the global cadence—forums, communications, and key moments that keep leaders and communities aligned across locations. You’ll be the person who makes the machine run smoothly, with clear visibility for the impact you drive.Virtual Leadership: Lead and energize a global network for early-in-profession technical talent—facilitating community calls, workshops, and peer collaboration. You’ll set the bar for consistency and reuse by scaling playbooks, sharing best practices, and landing corporate initiatives for global adoption—so your work multiplies beyond any single site.Data Insights and Reporting: Own the end-to-end motion—help teams translate strategy into outcomes, define common metrics, and show progress with crisp storytelling. You’ll be a trusted liaison to executive stakeholders, delivering updates that influence decisions and spotlight results
