Description
Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Team (CET) leads a portfolio of executive-level customer programs. These include a network of global customer enters that strengthen our customer and partner relationships, build customer trust in Microsoft through our expertise, and accelerate AI transformation. Our customer experience centers are in Redmond, Silicon Valley, Singapore, and Munich, as well as 40+ Microsoft Innovation Hubs around the world.
We are on the lookout for a Business Program Manager - Customer Engagement to be part of our CET leadership to lead yearly planning, manage a portfolio of crucial strategic initiatives, and report our engagement's impact to the internal executive community. The role calls for strng capabilities in identifying and defining key business themes, project management prowess, and superb collaborative abilities to interact with a broad array of stakeholders. Responsibilities will include managing plans, tracking pivotal initiatives, collecting stakeholder input, and handling internal executive communications including newsletters. Candidate should exhibit proactivity, clarity in setting focus and priorities, and embrace innovative thought processes.

Lead the CET in developing and refining the planning framework, guiding the organization through its cycles.Implement governance for CET's strategic initiatives, ensuring progress is monitored and barriers effectively addressed. Provide clear definitions of engagement scope and expected results, adopting a metric-focused method to realize these strategic goals.Take charge of critical projects that arise from identified business needs and prospective opportunities.Collaborate with the Operations team on the Rhythm of Business (ROB) framework to coherently formulate and communicate vital strategic insights.Manage and deliver content for executive business reviews such as Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Coordinate with CET divisions to highlight significant themes for examination, translating insights from reviews into actionable agendas.Craft a communication strategy highlighting the new Experience Center One initiative and the overarching impact of our programs; this includes quarterly summaries and notable aspects of town hall meetings.Business Acumen and Executive Presence

Qualifications
Required/ Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement or internal and external communications programsOR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
