We're hiring a Business Operations & Insights Lead who will partner closely with senior leaders to turn strategy into action. This role blends business operations and data insights—connecting priorities, performance, and problems olving—so leaders can make confident, data‑informed decisions. You’ll lead the operating rhythm for the organization, run critical business reviews, and bring clarity to complex questions through sharp analysis and clear storytelling. Responsibilities

Business Operations & Execution

Own business reviews, planning cadences, leadership readouts, and operational communications.Partner with leadership to ensure strategy execution, operational alignment, and follow-through on priorities and commitments.Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking while highlighting risks and opportunities.Drive operational initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.

Insights, Analytics & Decision Support

Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, dashboards, and business health metrics.Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, drivers, and root causes of business performance.Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives, and actionable recommendations for leadership.Establish consistent data definitions and ensure accuracy and integrity across reporting.

Stakeholder Partnership & Influence

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing operational clarity and data-driven guidance.Partner cross-functionally with finance, strategy, program management, product, and sales teams.Influence without authority by structuring problems, framing trade-offs, and facilitating decisions.

Continuous Process Improvement

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in existing processes and lead improvement initiatives.Document and standardize operational processes to enable scale and repeatability.Support change management for new processes, tools, and operating models.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into executive-ready insights.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Experience working cross-functionally in large, highly matrixed organizations.Familiarity with data tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks.Demonstrated ability to drive clarity from ambiguity.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work through complex, ambiguous problems using structured, first‑principles approaches.Effective business and financial acumen, with experience supporting planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.Effective executive communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, compelling narratives.History of building trust with senior leaders through accurate reporting, sound judgment, and data‑driven guidance.

Business Strategy IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
