OverviewWe’re building a new centralised Business Management (BM) team to transform how Commercial HR operates globally, bringing greater consistency, scalability, and impact. This Americas-based role supports members of the Geo Commercial HR Leadership Team, acting as a trusted partner and extension of the leader on high-context, high-impact work, while remaining part of the broader global Commercial HR BM model.
We are looking for a Business Manager to join the team. This role is intentionally focused on work that requires deep context, judgement, and proximity to senior leaders. You will operate as a strategic partner and advisor, translating priorities into action, orchestrating execution across complex environments, and ensuring leaders are able to operate at their highest impact. This includes enabling leadership rhythms, shaping and landing local strategies, managing key engagements, and driving bespoke initiatives and communications.

This includes synthesising insights from data, employee signals, and business priorities to inform decisions, strengthen alignment, and drive execution.While the work in this role is inherently tailored, you will stay closely connected to the central BM team, bringing structure and discipline where appropriate, and ensuring insights, patterns, and emerging needs inform global solutions. Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.6+ years proven experience leading or managing complex programs or initiatives with defined governance, timelines, and deliverables OR equivalent experience.6+ years experience partnering with senior stakeholders or cross-functional teams to influence decisions or drive aligned outcomes OR equivalent experience.
Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900.00 - $203,600.00 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400.00 - $222,600.00 per year.
