We are looking for a Business Manager for our team to manages the day-to-day running of the business on behalf of a leader, including driving the rhythm of business (ROB), planning and executing department agendas, driving budget planning process and ongoing review, and managing workforce planning activities

Maximizes/extends the leader while developing relationships with key partners, communicating the leader’s strategy, conducting external engagement/thought leadership, and serving as a trusted advisor to the leader.Monitors the organizational health and drives the health and culture of the organization.Ensures continuation of business operations, driving strategy execution and/or leader alignment.Participates in a variety of special projects/programs and initiatives, as needed.May drive accountability managing business metrics such as scorecards and/or defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).Financial Management: Oversee and manage budgets for capital expenditures (CapEx), operational expenses (OpEx), travel, morale events, training, and other events to ensure efficient use of resources.Performance Metrics: Develop and drive metric tracking and reporting programs to measure and report on key performance indicators.Talent Development: Lead the promotion and calibration process, establishing a regular rhythm to assess and develop talent within the organization.Event Planning: Coordinate and organize security events and the annual internal conference, ensuring successful execution and attendee engagement.Cultural Enhancement: Spearhead a culture tracking and improvement program to foster a positive work environment and promote organizational values.Communication Management: Manage the communications and executive reporting calendar, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentorship to other executive assistants, guiding their professional growth and development.Meeting Coordination: Take ownership of the content and agenda for quarterly all-hands meetings and town halls, aligning topics with organizational goals and initiatives.Embody our Culture and Values

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

OR Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roleOR equivalent experience.Demonstrated ability to align cross functionally across various stakeholders and drive agreement.Experience in designing and delivering impactful and engaging programs and initiatives that educate, inform our stakeholders.Passion and curiosity for learning and staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the security domain.

Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
