We are seeking a strategic and operationally minded Business Manager to join Engineering Horizons group within CoreAI. Our work enables developers and enterprises to harness the full potential of AI to create intelligent, adaptive, and transformative solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about enabling organizational effectiveness through streamlined operations and leadership support.

As a Business Management Specialist, you will support the Rhythm of Business (RoB), drive culture and people initiatives, and assist with special projects and programs. You will collaborate with partners and Microsoft teams to ensure design, communication, and alignment in creation and implementation of strategy execution plans. This opportunity will allow you to support the annual budget process under the direction of others and develop relationships to establish a network of business and technical decision makers across lines of business.

Support day-to-day operations and help manage the team's rhythm of business (ROB). You’ll also support plans to carry out continuous business operations in both normal and adverse conditions. Support multiple components of the annual budget process to ensure alignment with organizational goals.  Collaborate with partners and teams to create and implement strategy execution plans, while following best practices. Monitor and contribute to initiatives focused on organizational health, as well as by partnering with key stakeholders on cultural initiatives. Operational support and execution for strategic cross-organizational programs and planning efforts. You’ll also engage in project management efforts.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in operational support and execution for strategic cross-organizational programs  

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 5+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.

Business Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
