Description
The Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) group is an exciting and fast evolving group within Microsoft whose vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering cloud capacity differentiated at scale. The organization is responsible for the planning, delivery and provision of all data centers globally powering Microsoft cloud properties. CSCP supports over 200 online businesses including Bing, O365, OneDrive, Xbox and Windows Azure branded services.Cloud Sourcing, Spares, Sustainability & Security (CS4) organization within CSCP manages sourcing and supply of IT hardware for the data centers. Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and delivering trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide. We are looking for an early-in-career business management analyst to grow in the role, develop an end-to-end understanding of the business and the Microsoft Cloud supply chain.
The successful candidate for this role will have a growth mindset, be detail-oriented with analytical skills and enjoy working with people This role will provide platform to interact with senior leaders and individual contributors across CS4 teams, collaboration and influencing skills are essential.

Business Operations: Key duties include supporting budget planning, creating purchase orders, maintaining knowledge documentation and sharing via employee portal.Employee Engagement & Culture Building to foster an engaged, energized and cohesive team environment. Key responsibilities include collecting and addressing employee feedback, developing and facilitating all-hand communication, planning for morale, charity and fundraising events.Business Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Involves developing survey and metrics for assessment, evaluating organizational structure and overall health, identifying opportunity areas and define improvement plan.Executive Support: Lead special projects and support top-down assignments.Embody our Culture and Values
Qualifications
Required Qualifications· Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
o OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of strategy/business planning experience.
2+ years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain and Program Management.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
o OR Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 2+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related role
o OR equivalent experience.
Business Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.
