The CPI Finance team is seeking an experienced Business Administrator to provide support for the GM (General Manager) of the Resource Investment Strategy Team, the GM of E+D (Experiences + Devices) Finance for Engineering as well as the GM of C+AI (Cloud + AI) Finance, and their global teams.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, self-aware, and has the ability balance a sense of humor with a sense of responsibility. They need strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to proactively anticipate needs and quickly shift priorities accordingly. The ideal candidates should appreciate an energetic work environment, have a sense of urgency and approach challenges with a problem solver mindset.

Complex calendar management for 3 GM'sComplex and frequently changing travel logistics and expense reportingTeams and OneNote creation/managementProcurement and management of supplies, hardware and assetsEnd to end new employee set up/ onboardingEquipment managementHeadcount management toolsFacility requestsCreate and maintain org chartsMaintain DLs and SGs as neededEnsure compliance of operational policies and proceduresCoordinate other projects as assignedMorale event planning and organizationAbility to responsibly work with highly confidential dataEmbody our culture and values

5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)OR equivalent experience.2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).Proven excellence in administrative skills and functionsAbility to interface at the exec-level with internal and external customers and partnersHigh level of professionalismProven planning and organizational skillsDemonstrated customer service focusComfortable operating within ambiguityProven ability to rapidly change direction to accommodate business needProficiency with Microsoft software and internal tools
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30.29 - $50.53 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41.83 - $57.88 per hour.
