The CAIP Go-to-Market (GTM) team connects product, field, and customer needs - building GTM plans, enabling field teams with programs, tools, and technical guidance, and partnering with engineering to refine products based on feedback.

The Azure Accelerate Tooling Lead is responsible for defining and executing the tool strategy, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure throughput and efficiency across systems, and building a tool experience for seller and agents that enables simpler and faster access to investments. This role drives innovation, user experience excellence, and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Tool Strategy & Roadmap ExecutionDefine and evolve the Azure Accelerate tool strategy with engineering, aligning with business and customer needs.Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive roadmap, prioritizing innovation, automation, and user experience improvements.Conduct gap analyses across tools and drive engineering requirements, ensuring on-time and high quality delivery as well as eadiness for scale.Offer Development & EnablementBuild and refine offers within Azure Accelerate tools, ensuring strategic alignment and scale.Partner with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize offers, leveraging feedback for continuous improvement.Operations & Throughput ManagementCollaborate with Operations to ensure throughput and efficiency across systems,Monitor and optimize pipeline of requests, prioritizing based on strategic impact and operational capacity.Develop the reporting and analyze internal KPIs, driving actionable insights for program improvement.Stakeholder CollaborationCoordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, field, partners) to align strategy, resolve exceptions, and support program delivery.Represent the program in leadership reviews, providing insights on competitive positioning and operational performance.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.Additional or preferred qualificationsMaster's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.Deep understanding of tooling and ability to convert business need into technical requirementsData, Reporting and Analytics: Develop the reporting to track and measure operational performanceProven ability to manage complex programs and launchesExpertise in project portfolio management, requirements gathering, and technology road mapping.Strong analytical skills in interpreting data, driving insights, and optimizing operational throughput.Experience in process automation, incident handling, compliance management, and reporting analysis.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-functional team leadership and executive reporting.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
