Responsibilities
Bridges research and product development by applying cutting-edge techniques to solve real-world product challenges with limited guidance. Collaborates across teams and contributes to technology transfer, patents, internal tools, and publications to drive business impact.Maintains professional networks, supports recruitment efforts, and may assist in mentoring interns or junior team members. Documents research processes, experiments, and findings to promote innovation and ensure reproducibility.Applies advanced research strategies and gains deep expertise in areas like machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and statistical modeling to improve product quality. Leverages data-driven approaches to optimize large-scale systems and ensure high performance; conducts AIGC research to enhance ad quality; analyzes offline and online performance to deliver scalable solutions that improve user and advertiser experiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience with multi-modal and generative AI models.Proficiency in high-performance programming languages such as C/C++, C#, or Python.Strong problem-solving skills and accountability for delivering results.Clear and proactive communication in cross-functional team settings. Additional or preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR equivalent experience. - 1+ year(s) experience creating publications (e.g., patents, peer-reviewed academic papers).
