As the AI Workforce Strategy & Enablement Lead for Cloud Endpoints, you will work within our worldwide ABS commercial solution area, collaborating with internal organizations, enabling sellers and technical sellers to drive business success by creating clarity, developing capabilities, simplifying strategy, and connecting people. You will identify skilling needs and develop content and listening mechanisms to provide insights. You will also develop communities, which will serve to nurture sellers and provide a platform for them to share experiences and proven practices. The AI Workforce Strategy & Enablement Lead for Cloud Endpoints is a globally critical role responsible for driving field readiness, technical consistency, and execution quality for the Windows 365 and Cloud Endpoint solution area within AI Business Solutions (ABS). This role owns the strategy, delivery, and measurement of Solution Engineer (SE) readiness and community health across the Cloud Endpoint ecosystem, directly impacting seller effectiveness, technical confidence, deal velocity, and customer trust. The position serves as the single point of accountability for ensuring Cloud Endpoint Solution Engineers operate at technical depth, enabling scalable and repeatable execution for sellers globally.

Responsibilities

Cloud Endpoint Enablement StrategyOwn and execute the global enablement strategy for Windows 365 Cloud Endpoints aligned to AI Workforce business priorities.Translate Cloud Endpoint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy into clear, actionable readiness plans, technical learning paths, and execution expectations for Solution Engineers (SEs).Identify and address systemic field readiness gaps, driving technical skilling to improve deal quality, velocity, and customer outcomes.Solution Engineer Community LeadershipLead the global Cloud Endpoint Solution Engineer community, serving as the connective layer across regions, roles, and theaters.Drive consistency through practice sharing, technical pattern reuse, and peer‑led learning.Strengthen cross‑team alignment across AIWF GTM, WW STU, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Enablement.Technical Readiness & Skilling ExecutionDesign and deliver high‑impact technical enablement including live workshops, scenario‑based learning, labs, and on‑demand content.Enable SEs to confidently lead Windows 365 customer discovery, architecture discussions, and value realization conversations.Embed real‑world customer and competitive scenarios to improve field execution quality.Insights, Measurement & Field HealthEstablish closed‑loop listening mechanisms to capture voice of field across sellers and Cloud Endpoint SEs.Define and track readiness and enablement KPIs tied to business outcomes (execution consistency, pipeline quality, deal acceleration).Synthesize insights to advise senior leadership on field capacity health, execution risk, and readiness trends impacting AI Workforce outcomes.Executive Influence & Cross‑Functional LeadershipAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by bringing data‑driven insights and domain expertise into GTM and investment decisions.Influence across complex, global stakeholder environments without direct authority.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales enablement, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related fieldOR equivalent experience.3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales enablement, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experienceOR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 5+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.Knowledge of AI Workforce applications.Technical depth in Windows 365, Cloud Endpoints, virtualization, or endpoint management.Experience working with Solution Engineers or technical seller communities.Executive presence with ability to operate effectively in high ambiguity.Track record of building and sustaining global communities that measurably improve execution outcomes.Ability to work in highly ambiguous circumstances across a diverse set of stakeholders, with the ability to seek and drive for clarity.Experience using a data driven approach to develop content, strategies, approaches.A pro-active self-starter with experience leading and driving multiple complex, global projects.

Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
