OverviewBe at the forefront of AI by joining the M365 AI Experiences team and shape the future of AI-powered user experiences across multiple Microsoft platforms. Microsoft Copilot is the UI for AI. Frontier Agents like Researcher and Analyst in M365 Copilot are driving immense customer impact. But we are just getting started. Our vision is to make the UI for AI ever powerful by integrating more high value agents within M365 Copilot. As part of a cross-disciplinary team shipping high-value, strategic agents, you’ll help drive scenario coherence, strategize new model-fwd UX experiences and build new platform capabilities for unlocking new enterprise workflows.
As a Senior AI Product Manager, M365 AI Experiences, you’ll partner with several teams across Microsoft, define high value agents platform strategy, roadmap. You will partner with engineering, research, and design to build new capabilities that are both technically powerful and deeply useful. You'll be responsible for understanding customer scenarios across multiple Agents, framing agent behaviors and common patterns, push the boundary on new UX & platform capabilities.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end roadmap for platform powering strategic AI agents in M365 Copilot.
Partner with multiple teams in Microsoft to identify a roadmap for new capabilities needed in the platform.
Ideate new UX and Platform level capabilities that can unlock value for multiple 1P Agents.
Collaborate with applied scientists, UX designers, platform engineers, and legal/ethics stakeholders to ship agent experiences that earn trust.
Analyze usage data, user feedback, and market signals to continuously refine and evolve the agent experience.

Qualifications
Required Qualification(s):
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years' of demonstrated experience in delivering complex 0→1 products or platform-integrated services.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years experience utlizing copilots, agent frameworks, or enterprise productivity tools
1+ years experience in human-AI interaction, UX for autonomy, or intelligent assistants.
2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
