This role is ideal for entrepreneurial sellers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about enterprise productivity and workforce transformation.

In this role, you will: 

Hunt Opportunities: Develop pipeline with internal referrals, industry networking, and outbound prospecting to identify and engage high-potential customer prospects for Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

Orchestrate Deals: Lead and coordinate a broad One Microsoft team including engineering, executives, and go-to-market leaders to develop compete strategies and unique partnership constructs.

Champion Culture: Thrive in a team-selling environment that values communication, collaboration, growth mindset and moving fast.

Pioneer Solutions: Accelerate net-new frontier growth with out-of-the box creative thinking, unique sales plays, extensive grit and perseverance.

Responsibilities

Growth & Transformation Sales Leader and Digital Natives Advocate Accountable for consistent hunting and identification of enterprise growth opportunities with high potential prospects, leveraging deep domain/industry knowledge to develop creative and innovative proposals. Trusted Adviser: Trusted adviser with high empathy for founders and enterprise transformation leaders. Flexible and adaptable team player, motivated by strategic impact, making others successful, and consultative sales processes. Champion Modern Work & Security: Advocate for secure, AI-powered collaboration and productivity solutions, ensuring customers maximize value from Microsoft 365 and Copilot while meeting enterprise security standards. Compete and Negotiation Expertise: Develop and lead negotiation strategy to form a strategically constructed partnership. Engage and negotiate internally with stakeholders, third party negotiators, and C-Suite. Coordinate with all necessary internal stakeholders to ensure the partnership is closed successfully and in a compliant manner. Market Influencer & Thought Leader: Represent Microsoft at industry events, roundtables, and customer forums. You’ll amplify our brand through excellence in engagement, reputation, and storytelling, delivering impact that resonates across the startup ecosystem and positions Microsoft as the cloud partner of choice. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications 

Master's degree in business administration AND 2+ years' experience working in an industry

OR bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in a relevant industry

OR equivalent experience. 

Other Requirements:

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.  Additional or preferred qualifications 

Preferred experience with Productivity, Collaboration, LLMs and Enterprise Agents.

Consultative selling experience, oriented with extreme attention to detail, project management and organizational skills

Certification in Microsoft 365, CoPilot, Microsoft Security Solutions, Microsoft Teams, Google Workplace, or collaboration, productivity and security enterprise products.

Experience working in a rapidly-scaling environment with multiple variables in play. Sales experience with C-Suite and Board of Directors decision-makers.

Account Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.
