You’ll partner with engineering to deliver experiences that work for everyone, champion accessibility in product roadmaps, and make sure inclusive growth is baked into how we build AI. Expect to engage directly with executives, connect with customers, and turn insights into action at enterprise scale.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. Responsibilities
Function as an accessibility technical subject matter expert who monitors industry trends to stay aware of best practices. Influence division processes impacting accessibility compliance with Microsoft’s Accessibility Standard (MAS).Work closely with designers, PMs, usability teams, and accessibility experts to drive practical solutions to complex issues.Coach and guide teams through manual and automated accessibility testing, as well as remediation techniques and methods. Raise awareness about accessibility across the division, creating and fostering internal communities, champions and guides that can help teams achieve their inclusive goals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). Experience partnering with communities of consumers with disabilities. Certification in Accessibility, for example: Trusted Tester, CPACC, or PCWA. Proven ability to research accessibility recommendations around emerging trends and technology. 2-3 years of experience directly working with accessibility standards for technology such as WCAG, Section 508, 255, CVAA, etc. 2-3 years of work experience developing websites or apps using HTML, ARIA, JavaScript, or other languages. 2-3 years of experience with assistive technologies such as JAWS, Narrator, NVDA, Dragon, VoiceOver, TalkBack, etc. Familiarity with free and paid tools in the market for accessibility evaluations and improvements (tools include manual and automated evaluations).#MicrosoftAI #Search# #WWE# #Accessibility# #A11y# #Inclusive#
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
