Take direct accountability for Partnership Ads business, using data-driven performance analysis to prove creator effectiveness and scale client investment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience working with digital organizations.
Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in creator/influencer marketing, social media strategy, brand partnerships, or related fields. Experience using performance data to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and build client narratives. Experience developing and executing creator-led marketing campaigns, with a track record of measurable business results (e.g., business growth, ROAS, brand lift). Knowledge of the YouTube platform. Understanding of the broader digital advertising and creator economy landscape. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts and the "magic of creators" into compelling, data-driven business cases for executive-level audiences.
